Email: info@constructiveliving.ca

The Constructive Living Learning Centre offers personal and professional development programs that are based on two Japanese therapies called Morita, the psychology of action, Naikan, the psychology of reflection, adapted by Dr. David K Reynolds into an educational approach called Constructive Living. This approach is rooted in the careful study of human behaviour from an eastern psychological perspective, and bridges the gap between the philosophical and practical approaches to living and working well.

Trudy Boyle and her partner Gottfried Mitteregger specialize in realistic approaches to leadership awareness, team building, stress reduction, and living and working with purpose and meaning. They offer their trainings at their seaside residence and a variety of locations throughout Canada. Trudy is also a popular writer on the application of these principles to everyday life.
