Week Three - Being Positive About Life/Work Harmony!
This week we focus on having fun! Participate in a group at your organization, or take part in individual activities on your own or with some colleagues. All activities focus on the three concepts of Healthy Mind; Healthy Body; and Healthy Work.
Organize Group Activities for a department, division or for your entire organization! Display posters and send reminders to promote it to your colleagues. The more that join in, the more your organization can earn! Learn more about earning points.

Individual Activities can be done anywhere, anytime by anybody in your organization! If you go to a fitness class every week, count that as part of your individual activity list. Just keep track of your points for the week and let your organization's representative know how you did. Maybe there's a prize for the most active person!
