The Personal Wellness Assessment (PWA) is a 10-minute health survey that measures lifestyle habits and health risks. Individualized reports are generated and emailed directly to each participant. Once the campaign is over, a Corporate Trend Report captures aggregate health risk data, employee needs and interests pertaining to workplace wellness.
