Encourage employees to schedule break time hourly

Create a 7 Minute Break Policy for your workplace. Studies have shown that taking breaks is a good thing for boosting productivity. Encouraging team members to schedule 5-10-minute break every 90 minutes to rejuvenate and come back strong has proven to be beneficial[i].

Studies have shown that taking even small breaks provides major benefits, such as improving focus and engagement in a task. A small break from a task can make a tedious job seem new to a fatigued attention span.
