Share personal wellness goals

Create a sense of common cause and accountability, spurring higher goal completion rates. Encourage team members to only write their non-work-related wellness goals on a team whiteboard. Things like “Go to the gym 3 times per week”, “play basketball 4 times per month”, or “read 10 books this year”, eat a healthy homemade lunch 3 times this week, 30 minute walk at lunch 3 times this week, etc., are some good ones to get people started.
