Encourage healthier lifestyles with impromptu contests such as, “Who can do the most stairs?” or “Who is eating the healthiest lunch?”

Frequently change up the contest focus so people have no idea what’s coming. Here are some other ideas for fun, healthy contests:

  • Who can hold the longest plank?
  • Who has the healthiest snacks at their desk?
